The fund organisers are now seeking Welsh Celebrities to give their names as supporters of the fund and its aim of assisting small village schools in having a fair chance of retaining their small school.
During the Hermon School Campaign they received support form Bryn Terfel, Cerys Mathews & Rhys Ifans; it is hope that well know individuals form across Wales will again give their name as support this community and social initiative.
Several small schools from across Wales have already contacted the fund organisers for guidance and support.
Once sufficient members and surpluses are secured the fund will assist the threatened schools. One such contact was from the parents of Ponthir School in Torfaen - see their campaign Website or details www.saveponthirschool.com
